Saquiba is a founding member of the Sodexo Office of Diversity and the Sodexo PanAsian Network group. Skilled and certified in Behavioral Assessments, Implicit Bias Reduction, Diversity Awareness Training, Cultural Competency Awareness, Change Management, Leadership Coaching and Team Collaboration, some of her clients include University of California Irvine, George Washington University, Marriott Corporation, The Long Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, Wyndham Hotels, Kaiser Permanente, Montgomery County & Maryland State Police Departments, The Department of Justice and The National Defense University. Saquiba has strong intercultural communication acumen with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. During Saquiba's tenure at Sodexo USA, The World Bank, and Connecting Cultures LLC, she was able to travel the world to pursue her passion for helping develop people at work by tapping into the strength of their diverse backgrounds and skills.

After raising three daughters with her husband
(one a is pursuing her PhD at UCLA, the second is finishing her PharmD degree in Boston, and daughter number three is in 8 th grade) Saquiba realized her calling and started her fourth baby - SJDA Consulting.
